What is the biofield?
Simply put, the biofield is a term used by the National Institute of Health to refer to the energy field in and around the body.
What is Biofield Therapy?
Biofield therapy is a non-touch modality where a practitioner works in the field around your body to detect low or incoherent frequencies, which have been associated with symptoms on the mental, emotional and physical level. The practitioner then acts as a conduit to bring in higher frequencies to restore the field. Sessions are performed remotely. Clients should lay in a comfortable spot of their choosing while the practitioner performs the session. The experience has been described as very relaxing to deeply profound, with great healing, improved energy and alleviation of symptoms possible. The effects are cumulative and four sessions are recommended. Please know that you do not need to know the cause of your condition, nor do you have to share any personal details with the practitioner for this process to be effective.
What can I expect to experience in a Biofield Therapy session?
Everyone will have their own unique experience, and each session may feel very different from one another. I encourage you to observe what comes up during your session without judgment.
Some things you might experience include:

seeing colors, shapes or images

sensations in your body, the most common being warmness, coolness, tingling or wave-like

thoughts coming up, including a racing or peaceful mind, memories

emotions coming, emotional release

involuntary movement or desire to move

slight pressure in your head

smelling a fragrance

sounds such as music, voices, words or phrases
-
deep peace/ meditative state where time seems to speed up or slow down

feeling as if nothing is happening

drifting off to sleep
There will be a 5 minute “lead in” where I walk you through some deep breaths and review what you can expect. The energy work is done in silence and lasts approximately 30-35 minutes. I will then lead you out of the session with my voice, guiding you back to full awareness. We will then review your session and I can answer any questions. If guided, I will share any intuitive messages that came through. Total session time is approximately 1 hour.
What happens in an Animal Communication reading?
In your Animal Communication reading, I will connect energetically with your animal to share and receive information. All sessions are done remotely and your animal does not have to be physically present with you during the reading. We will hear from your animal regarding their perspective on themselves, their perspective on you, the life lesson they are helping you to learn, as well as their response the question(s) you may have for them. If your animal is living, you may also choose to have them show us anything they would like us to know about how they are feeling in their physical bodies.
Do you give medical advice in biofield energy sessions or in animal communication session?
I am not a doctor nor veterinarian in any capacity. The information brought through in regards to you or your animal's well being on the the physical, mental or emotional level is purely for educational purposes and it is your decision whether or not to take any action based upon this. Can we connect with my animal that has crossed over?
Yes, absolutely. These readings are similar to readings of in-body animals and can be incredibly healing as you confirm your animal is still with you, supporting you from the other side.
Is communicating with an animal the same as communicating with a human?
Not exactly. When connecting energetically with an animal, you get a more in-depth experience than what words alone could provide. Animals may choose to share information in many different ways. They might show us visuals, have us experience sensations or emotions, hear sounds/words, songs or phrases, or simply drop in a 'knowing" of a certain piece of information. They may also like to communicate using metaphors. You won't hear any long monologues from your animals, but trust me that they are very effective getting their thoughts and feelings across using these methods. And as beings with free will, they may choose to not answer a specific question if they do not feel the answer will be for your greatest good.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule my session?
I understand that life happens. However, to respect everyone's time and desire for sessions, it is necessary to enforce a cancellation policy. The rescheduling policy states that if you must reschedule please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% forfeiture of the session cost. How do I pay for a session?
At this time, you will receive payment information upon booking via email or text. Payment is accepted by Venmo and Zelle and is due upon booking in order to hold your session slot.
